Job summary

Brighter Strides ABA is looking for caring, motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in Broomfield, CO. We provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), helping them build skills, gain independence, and reach their goals.

You'll work with BCBA supervision and a supportive team, collect and enter session data, and participate in meetings. We offer flexible scheduling with both full-time and part-time opportunities, health insurance, paid

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable vehicle and transportation.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional.
• Willingness to complete a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes.
• Follow individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and enter session data electronically.
• Participate in BCBA supervision and team meetings.
• Build positive relationships with children and their families.
