Job summary

Happy Hearts ABA, LLC is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to support learners in their homes and in the Carmel area. You’ll be part of a team dedicated to empowering individuals through ABA in real-world settings.

We offer a fast interview process, a $100 sign-on bonus and a $250 onboarding bonus, competitive pay $20–$25 per hour, flexible scheduling, and benefits for full‑time staff after 30 days, plus supervision by experienced BCBAs.

Qualifications

• RBT credential required with BACB status (active or inactive)
• Reliable transportation to homes within Indiana
• willingness to undergo background and reference checks
• Passion for delivering ABA with empathy and intention

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy as an RBT in clients' homes and community settings around Carmel
• Support learners, caregivers, and supervision team with ethical, evidence-based practices
• Collaborate with BCBAs for supervision and ongoing learning
