Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for 1:1 in home, school or community settings. Part-time roles with growth to full-time as caseloads expand, with mentorship and hands-on training.

As an RBT you’ll implement ABA plans under a BCBA, collect data, and collaborate with families and teams to support progress. PBS Corp. offers flexible scheduling, annual raises, quarterly bonuses, and full benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with ABA therapy.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions
