Job summary

Compleat Kidz in North Carolina is seeking compassionate staff to provide one-on-one ABA services to children in clinic and in-home settings under BCBA supervision.

You will help children build communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors, with data collection and session docs.

This full-time role includes paid training opportunities, benefits, and a chance to grow within a fast-growing pediatric therapy network.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification within first 30 days
• High school diploma or GED required
• Desire to work with young children with behavioral challenges
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect data and complete session documentation
• Support clients and families with professionalism and responsiveness
• Teach skills in-the-moment to support progress and treatment integrity
• Travel between clinics and client homes as required
