Heartland ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. You will implement skill-building plans and help clients achieve goals.

No experience? Paid training is provided. This part-time role offers flexible hours and a chance to grow within a supportive clinical team; RBT certification is required before working.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
