Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is looking for dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians to work part-time, with the opportunity for full-time as caseloads grow. In this role, you will receive mentorship and training to support individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification is required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy or related field is necessary.
• High school diploma required, Bachelor’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in various settings.
• Implement ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.

Skills

Experience with children in ABA therapy

Active RBT Certification

Transportation for local travel

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Education

High school diploma

Bachelor’s in Psychology or Education
