Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is looking for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to work part-time with children facing developmental disabilities. This role offers flexibility and growth into full-time positions as caseloads grow.

Qualifications

• Required: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or a related field.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and engage actively with clients.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
