Qualifications

• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or a related field.
• Reliable transportation for local travel to in-home sessions.
• Physical ability to engage actively with clients, including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.

Skills

Experience working with children in ABA therapy

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
