Job summary

Heartland ABA in Nebraska is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for one-on-one ABA services with children in home or community settings. This position offers part-time hours and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful outcomes for clients.

We provide paid training, flexible scheduling, and Same Day Pay. You will record session data, collaborate with the clinical team, and support families in implementing behavior-analytic goals.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required before working.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children.
• Patience, compassion, and a calm demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
