Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in Nebraska with part-time hours supporting children with autism in homes and community settings.

You'll provide one-on-one ABA services, implement skill-building plans, and record session data while collaborating with a dedicated clinical team. We offer paid training, flexible scheduling, and immediate access to earned wages through Same Day Pay.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required to apply.
• Demonstrated patience and compassion when supporting children with autism.
• Willingness to learn and grow within ABA services.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes or community settings.
• Implement skill-building and care plans under supervision.
• Record session data accurately using appropriate devices.
