Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in clients' homes or community locations across Missouri. You will implement skill-building plans under clinical supervision and record progress data.

This part-time role offers paid training, same-day pay options, and a supportive clinical team focused on professional growth and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
