Job summary

Heartland ABA in Loveland, CO, is seeking an Early Intervention Specialist (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA services at clients' homes or community locations. This role offers part-time hours, paid training, and a supportive clinical team dedicated to child development.

You will record data, implement skill-building plans, and communicate with families to promote positive outcomes for children with Autism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Paid training is provided if you have no experience.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
