Job summary

Aspire Behavioral Care is seeking an Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in Cocoa and Viera, FL. The role requires travel between sites and a full-time schedule with competitive hourly pay.

You will implement BCBAs' treatment plans, track progress, and work with a supportive clinical team to help children develop communication, social, and self-regulation skills.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with children or in ABA.
• CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Comfortable supporting children with behavioral challenges.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on the floor as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children ages 2–21.
• Support skill development in communication, motor skills, social interaction, and self-regulation.
• Implement treatment plans created by BCBAs.
• Collect accurate session data and communicate progress.
• Collaborate closely with a supportive clinical team.
