Heartland ABA is seeking dedicated RBTs to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes or community settings in Colorado Springs. You will be part of a supportive clinical team, implementing evidence-based interventions to help children achieve developmental goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
• Patience and compassion are essential for working with families.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients.
• Implement skill-building and care plans with the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
