Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team and support children with Autism in home or community settings. You will provide one-on-one ABA services, document progress, and collaborate with a clinical team to promote independence and positive behaviors.

We offer paid training, potential for flexible part-time schedules, and strong clinical support to help you grow within the ABA field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Paid training is provided.
• 6-month commitment to the role.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
• Create a positive and supportive learning environment for families.
