Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is hiring a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy at our Charlotte clinic. You will follow treatment plans, collect session data, and help kids learn through play and activities in a structured, supportive environment.

Applicants must be at least 18 with a high school diploma and be willing to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
