Job summary

Behavior Treatment & Analysis in Richmond, CA is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to implement ABA programs, work directly with clients, and track progress using data collection across settings.

You will collaborate with families, receive ongoing training and supervision, and grow professionally in a supportive team dedicated to helping individuals reach their potential.

A valid driver's license, fingerprint clearance, CPR/First Aid, and immunizations are required or preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1 year preferred but not required.
• Availability: Mon-Fri 3 PM-8 PM; Saturdays highly preferred.
• Certifications: Driver's License; RBT preferred; fingerprint clearance (DOJ and FBI); CPR and First Aid; required immunizations.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA Programs: Work directly with clients to manage behaviors and track progress using data collection methods.
• Family Collaboration: Provide daily feedback and coaching to parents, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Community Integration: Deliver services in various settings to help clients engage with their communities.
