Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking part-time RBTs to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations in Pleasantville, IA. A free 40-hour RBT certification training is offered to new hires, with immediate access to funds after clocking in and out.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passion for making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
