Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in Oakland, IA is seeking dedicated RBTs to join our ABA team. Provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, with supervision from a clinical team. This is a part-time opportunity with a 6-month commitment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Services provided in clients' homes or community locations. Part-time positions to start.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Be an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
