Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Thornton, CO for a full-time daytime role. Work hours are typically Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with optional Saturdays based on patient needs.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and sustain active pace around children.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Team mindset and willingness to support nearby ABC clinics if needed.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged during therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
