Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our team and support clients in achieving individualized goals through ABA services. Work will be conducted in clients' homes or community locations, with a part-time start and a 6-month commitment in many cases.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience and compassion with a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team with direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
