BK Behavior is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team and support clients in achieving individual goals. You will deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes or community settings, contributing to skill-building and positive behavior change.

The role emphasizes compassionate care, collaboration with a clinical team, and accurate data recording. Training is provided for those starting with us on a part-time basis.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
