Job summary

United Care ABA in Denver is hiring BTs and RBTs for 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. We back you up, pay on time, and support professional growth in a team that values communication and reliability.

Flexible scheduling, in-home now and center-based soon, with competitive pay $22-$28+ per hour based on experience and bonus potential. Join a collaborative environment focused on kids' progress and caregiver partnerships.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (or willing to complete it before starting)
• Experience with kids in behavioral, educational, or developmental settings (preferred, not required)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Detail-oriented and reliable
• Passion for helping kids grow in positive, consistent environments
• Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
• Follow individualized treatment plans
• Collect accurate behavior and skills data
• Help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills
• Stay in touch with your clinical supervisor
• Maintain ethical, professional interactions at all times
