Job summary

ABA Centers of America is seeking an energetic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT/BT) for full-time work in Foxborough, MA. The role offers paid training, mentorship, and a clear path to RBT certification, with initial pay rates of $24.60/hr for RBT and $22.25/hr for BT, adjusted by experience and education.

You will support clients in various settings, implement treatment plans under supervision, and help collect session data while collaborating with families and BCBAs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles).
• Availability mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality by documenting session data.
