Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with Autism in home and community settings across Iowa. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and opportunities to advance within a thriving ABA program.

You'll work under supervision to deliver evidence-based interventions, collect progress data, and collaborate with families and a clinical team to promote independence and positive outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
