Job summary

Elite DNA Behavioral Health in Fort Myers, FL seeks a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children and adolescents with developmental disabilities. You will implement behavior plans, collect data, and collaborate with BCBA and families in a dynamic clinical setting.

The role requires an RBT certification and at least one year of ABA experience. Travel to client homes within a 25-mile radius is expected; the position offers a full benefits package and 40-hour work week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification with at least one year of experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge in applied behavior analysis (ABA).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25 miles to patients' homes.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans as designed by BCBA.
• Direct client interaction and data collection during sessions.
• Record progress notes and incident reports accurately.
• Provide consistent reinforcement and safety during sessions.
• Participate in ongoing training and maintain RBT certification.
• Communicate with families and caregivers about plans and progress.
• Adhere to BACB ethical standards and policies.
• Travel to patients' homes within a 25-mile radius.
