Job summary

Heartland ABA in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with Autism in home and community settings. These part-time roles offer paid training, flexible schedules, and immediate entry into a supportive clinical team.

Responsibilities include one-on-one ABA services, data collection, and collaboration with BCBA-guided plans. No experience? Paid training provided. A 6-month commitment is encouraged to maximize impact and client progress.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required or in process.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home or community settings.
• Work as part of a clinical team implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
