AchieveBetter ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support clients in home settings across North Carolina. Under supervision from BCBAs, you will implement individualized ABA plans and help clients reach their goals.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience supporting individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA therapy plans as designed by BCBAs, focused on skill development, behavior modification, and client growth.
• Conduct one-on-one support sessions with clients in home and clinical settings.
• Collect and record accurate data on client progress and behavior to support ongoing assessment and treatment adjustments.
• Collaborate with BCBAs to refine therapy plans based on client progress and emerging needs.
• Provide consistent, supportive feedback to clients and families to maintain a positive, productive environment.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing training to stay current with ABA best practices.
• Maintain ethical guidelines and professional standards in all aspects of therapy delivery.

Position Overview

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at AchieveBetter ABA, you'll implement individualized therapy plans under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), working directly with clients in home settings. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on clinical experience, ongoing mentorship, and a clear path toward growth in the field.

Compensation
