Success on the Spectrum Sanford is hiring a Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one clinical ABA therapy for children in Sanford, Florida. You will implement play-based strategies under BCBAs supervision to build social, language, and life skills.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is highly preferred.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Physical stamina: Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, stay active and engaged with children throughout the workday.
• Background: Background check and Florida employment screening requirements must be met before providing services.

Responsibilities

• Run customized treatment plans designed by BCBAs to help children build social, language, and life skills.
• Design and incorporate engaging sensory activities, arts and crafts, games, and interactive play.
• Log client progress in real-time using clinical software and complete daily SOAP notes after sessions.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and welcoming learning environment.
• Collaborate with the team to provide a dynamic, rewarding experience for clients.
