Job Summary

Strategic Therapy Autism Services is seeking experienced ABA therapists/ RBTs in Edison, NJ area, with availability on Monday and Wednesday from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Additional morning hours on Saturdays and Sundays are also available.

We are a Behavioral Health Agency providing home-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services throughout New Jersey. We seek caring and professional ABA Technicians to provide ABA services for children with autism under the guidance of a BCBA.

Job Responsibilities

• Attend professional development trainings as required.
• Work collaboratively with a BCBA and supervisors to implement ABA principles and teaching procedures.
• Arrive on time and be prepared for therapy sessions.
• Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy.
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions.
• Respond to the needs and requests of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain professionalism and be goal-oriented in all aspects of work.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience or familiarity with ABA therapy or developmental disabilities.
• Energetic and passionate about helping children and families overcome obstacles.
• At least six months of experience working with children with autism in ABA therapy.
• Drive to be part of an innovative and growing organization with growth potential.
• A valid driver’s license.
• RBT certification preferred; courses offered at no cost.
