The role offers predictable daytime hours (Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm) with optional Saturdays, competitive pay by education level, and growth opportunities within a friendly, supportive clinic environment.

Qualifications

• Must have active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
