Job description

We are seeking highly motivated individuals with a passion and desire to make a difference in the life of children with autism in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide home-based services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • Introduce safe and appropriate replacement behaviors and reinforcers
  • Follow the treatment plan goals and interventions utilizing sound judgment and seek out appropriate consultation
  • Collect behavior data and record data in CentralReach after each session
  • Participate in training and clinical supervision
  • Work with and under the supervision of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts

Education, Experience and Other Requirements:

  • Required: 40 HR RBT Course or Registered Behavior Technician Certification (RBT)
  • Required: Valid driver's license and transportation
  • Preferred: High School Diploma, Bachelor's or Master's degree in the Human Service Field with a current RBT Certification

All non-registered BTs are required to obtain their RBT within 60 days of hire.

Physical Demands:

The physical demands described here are representative and not all inclusive. The employee is regularly required to talk or hear and frequently required to stand; using hands and fingers; lifting, pushing, pulling up to 25 lbs. may also be required.

Working Environment:

  • Travel between client's homes will be required
  • Must be available to work afternoons and evenings until 6:30pm

Pay Rate: up to $30 hourly.
