Job summary

BK Behavior in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our dedicated ABA team. As an RBT, you will deliver one-on-one services in clients' homes or community settings, implementing evidence-based interventions to promote independence.

This part-time position offers flexibility, paid training, and the chance to advance alongside our clinical team. You will record session data, collaborate with families, and contribute to individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
