Apara Autism Centers in Houston, TX is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician (BT) at Memorial Center to work with children on the autism spectrum. This on-site role focuses on delivering 1:1 ABA therapy under a BCBA's guidance.

You’ll monitor progress, support families, and participate in treatment planning. Minimum: high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), experience with kids, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (Bachelor’s in related field preferred).
• Experience working with kids.
• Reliable transportation & driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Implement treatment plans from a BCBA.
• Track progress & support families.
