Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis-based services to youth with developmental disabilities in home or community settings.

Under BCBA supervision you will implement treatment goals, collect data, provide progress feedback, and maintain confidentiality; schedule is Mon-Thu 3p-9p and Fri 3p-7p, and must have verifiable RBT certification.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged population.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.

Salary Range
