Job summary

Heartland ABA in Missouri is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. You will deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, supporting independence and positive behavior while coordinating with our clinical team.

No experience? Paid training is provided. The role starts part-time with a 6-month commitment; we value compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to make a difference for children with Autism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities
