Heartland ABA is seeking a Child Autism Support Professional (RBT) in Waterloo, IA. You will deliver one-on-one ABA services to children in homes or community settings and help implement individualized plans under supervision. Training is provided to support success in this role.

The position offers part-time hours with flexible scheduling. You will join a supportive clinical team and may earn referral bonuses as you contribute to client progress in ABA therapy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Patience, compassion and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Willingness to learn and grow in ABA field.

Responsibilities
