Job summary

Heartland Behavior in Iowa is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our ABA team. You will deliver one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes or community settings, helping them achieve goals and build independence.

We offer same-day pay, flexible part-time opportunities, and a supportive clinical team. Training is provided, and there are pathways for advancement through BCBA programs and internships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
