BK Behavior in Sullivan, MO is looking for a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our clinical team. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, helping children reach their goals and improve independence.

This part-time position offers flexible hours, same-day pay, and opportunities to advance with BCBA schooling partnerships. A High school diploma and RBT certification are required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and compassionate towards children with Autism.
• Patience and ability to maintain calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and behavior goals.
• Serve as part of the clinical team and implement care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
