Job summary

Avion ABA is seeking qualified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our in-person team in Missouri. You will implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision and provide direct ABA therapy to children with ASD, collecting data on progress and behavior to guide effective interventions.

Responsibilities include delivering high-quality ABA sessions, promoting positive behaviors, and maintaining accurate data.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide high-quality ABA therapy directly with clients.
• Collect data on client progress and behavior.
• Utilize applied behavior analysis techniques to promote positive behaviors.
