Job summary

Atlanta Autism Center is hiring full-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for our Loganville location. You will provide ABA therapy in 1:1 or small groups, implement skill acquisition programs, and maintain precise client data with daily notes and graphs.

The role offers on-site supervision by a BCBA, a structured pay scale, and opportunities to advance to RBT 2 and RBT 3 with increased hourly rates within your first year.

Qualifications

• Current/Valid RBT Certificate is required.
• H.S. Diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in psychology, social work, special education or related field preferred.
• Relevant experience is preferred.
• Must be physically fit and able to lift and carry patients.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal relationship skills.
• Desire for continued learning opportunities, and willingness to embrace instruction.
• Ability to work with multi-disciplinary team members.
• Computer skills.
• Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders required.
• Ability to maintain a clean and safe environment by cleaning and sanitizing all equipment, surfaces, and supplies.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in 1:1 or small group settings.
• Implement skill acquisition programs and individualized treatment plans with precision.
• Execute behavior reduction plans, behavior protocols, and/or behavior support plans accurately.
• Maintain precise client records, including data sheets, graphs, daily notes, and anecdotal information.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and engaging environment for clients.
• Collaborate with clients' families and other professionals on updates, progress, and behavioral concerns.
• Adhere to company policies and uphold BACB ethical guidelines in all ABA interventions.
• Report incidents of abuse/neglect immediately and help train others to recognize signs of abuse, neglect, and exploitation.
• Deliver high-quality customer service to clients and their families.
• Participate in staff training and commit to ongoing professional development and performance improvement.
