Supervision under BCBA

Job summary

Heartlinks ABA in Indiana is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as an RBT. You will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to deliver in-home ABA services to children with autism, helping them reach communication, social, and daily living goals.

Part-time daytime schedule (15–20 hours/week) with a flexible calendar, opportunities for growth, and supervision to support your RBT certification. A high school diploma and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Active RBT certification from the BACB website is required.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills to meet functional goals.
• Complete progress notes in the data collection system.
• Collaborate with families to ensure consistent implementation of behavior plans.
