Job summary

Storybook ABA is seeking part-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy across Virginia. You will collect data, implement behavior plans, and work with a collaborative team of BCBAs to help clients progress.

The role offers flexible hours, competitive pay of $20-$30 per hour, and opportunities for growth through RBT training and college partnerships. A reliable vehicle and at least 2 years of ABA experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• RBT certification or training completed.
• At least 2 years of ABA therapy experience.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to clients' homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home, and community-based Applied Behavior Analysis therapy
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
• Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work
• Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in applied behavior analysis or with children with autism
