Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is hiring part-time Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. You will join a supportive clinical team and help implement individualized care plans, track progress with data, and collaborate with families.

Paid training is provided for new hires. Ideal candidates are compassionate, patient, and eager to make a difference for children with Autism. No minimum case requirements are enforced.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as a key member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage families.
