Heartland ABA is seeking a Child Development & Behavior Technician (RBT) in Denver, CO to support clients in their goals. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, following evidence-based interventions to foster independence and positive behavior.

You will work closely with a clinical team to implement skill-building plans, record session data, and communicate progress to families.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Paid training is provided for those new to ABA.

Aufgaben

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Engage with families to foster a positive learning environment.
