BK Behavior is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in Ohio. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes or community settings, implementing skill-building plans and recording data.

This role offers part-time opportunities with flexible schedules and pathways for professional growth within the ABA field. Ideal candidates are patient, compassionate, and dedicated to supporting children with Autism through evidence-based interventions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Home or community-based service delivery.

Responsibilities
