BK Behavior seeks qualified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our Springfield, MO team. Provide one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes or community settings, implementing skill-building and care plans under clinical supervision. Flexible hours and part-time commitment offered.

Ideal candidates are passionate about helping children with Autism, possess an RBT certification, and maintain composure in challenging situations. Training is provided as needed to support client outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
