Job summary

BK Behavior in Iowa seeks enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. We offer part-time roles with flexible schedules and pathways for growth within the expanding ABA field.

You will provide one-on-one ABA services in homes or community settings and work with a clinical team to support client goals. Ideal candidates have an RBT certification (or willingness to obtain), a high school diploma, and a passion for helping children with autism.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required or pursuing it.
• High school diploma or equivalent essential.
• Demonstrates patience and compassion for children with Autism.
• Ability to stay calm in challenging situations and maintain a supportive learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Collaborate with the clinical team and families to implement care plans.
