BK Healthcare Management is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in Iowa. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations, helping clients achieve independence and positive behavior changes under supervision.

This role offers part-time scheduling, paid training, and opportunities to advance within a supportive clinical team. No minimum case requirements and flexible hours are available to accommodate your schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage with families.
