BK Healthcare Management is seeking caring RBTs to join our team for in-home ABA services. You will work one-on-one with children, implement behavior plans, and collaborate with a clinical team to support goals.

Part-time positions are available with paid training to help you grow in the ABA field and make a meaningful difference in clients’ lives. Flexible scheduling and home-based settings are common.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
• Patience and calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in clients' homes or community settings.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and communicate with families.
